Vinh Nguyen is the principal and the person you deal with. Work is not passed down a chain, so the person who prepared your accounts or built your website is the person who answers questions about it.

The firm works with owner-operated businesses across Auckland. Some come for the accounting and stay for the digital work; some come the other way round.

Why both sides

A business's books and its website tend to reflect the same thing: how well it is run. One firm that understands the numbers and can also build the tools means the software fits the way the business actually operates, and the accounts reflect what the software records. It also means one phone number for both.
